Hello!
Its day 2 already since my arrival at New York! Its seems so fast! I believe soon I will be blogging about "I will be heading back tml entrie soon! haha!
So activities today was rather simple. As i want to adjust my body clock since the jetlag, didnt went to the gym yet to sweat. However, went down with my nephew to have a ping pong, ice hockey and wii session. After that, headed out to my nephew dentist to get his braces done up (adjustments) and after that from there, headed to 5th Avenue for window shopping! Met up with my uncle and saw people queuing up for free food (Ali Baba Terrace) and we all went to queue up also, so in the end, thats how we settle our dinner. I have to say, life here is so much more relaxing than in Singapore, and i really mean much more! Most of them were friendly and in relax mood, even the polices, all were so relax. Events were randomly ran around NY and was really interesting. Unlike Singapore where people only work and headed home straight, which seems rather tense up.
Lets let the pictures do the talking again!
Morning view of the East River.
First time taking NY bus where usually i get to see when i play games!
United Nation building! The flags would all be lowered at 5.30pmm 190++ of them!
Look at the cute little doggies there!
The bus ticket, we can purchase it before boarding. If you didnt purchase, you can also take the risk to have a ride, but sometimes when you alight, you might be ambushed by the staff and be fined $150USD!
Fifth Ave! This place had lots of branded stuff all over! Just like Singapore's Orchard Road!

Theres lot of this kind of carts all around selling hot dogs and pretzel! And most of them look alike! I guess this is their culture! haha.

Their police on patrol on horses. Usually spotted them only during events etc.
As a typical Singaporean, when we see people queuing for something, we just join in the queue. We got to know they are providing free food by Ali Baba Terrance, a Turkish cuisine here in NY.
Them BBQing just by the roadside! and alot of people are queuing for it.
4 person, 4 packets, becos 1 of the packet we gave it to my uncle's fren.
Tada! the food that we had been queuing for! Its was not bad!
Free lemonade from another counter! All free! Muhaha! Singaporeans eh.

Even the police dept gave out freebies! One of them is this! Frisbee!
There you go, all the flags at UN building being lowered and kept.
